FAQs
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are currently being delivered on Sunday afternoons only.  Once your order has been delivered, you will receive another email or text message letting you know exactly when and where your order was delivered.  

Can my order be delivered to more than one address?
Yes!  If your order is going to more than one location, please clearly specify which items are to be delivered to which address on the checkout page in the “Additional Delivery Information” section, or email us with your details.
I would prefer a pick up instead of delivery.  How do I arrange for a pick up?
Just email us!  We've arraigned for pick ups at Candy Cane (Meadowbrook) in Rock Creek Park, the Starbucks parking lot in Burtonsville, Carderock Recreation Area, the Trader Joe's parking lot in Silver Spring, and the Clarksburg Premium Outlets.  Contact us and we will figure something out!
How long will the baked goods stay fresh?  
We recommend you eat up your goodies within 2 days of receipt to ensure freshness, but all items freeze really well.  Your order will include instructions on freezing items.
Why are so many items sold out?
Thanks so much for your patience as we explore expanding our small, family-run business as we will not sacrifice quality for quantity!  Feel free to email us if you haven't been able to place an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please also consider subscribing for weekly delivery to guarantee your order.

Is Newton’s a nut-free bakery?
Although our current treats do not contain any nuts, we bake in a facility that may have nut products on the premises.  

Are COVID-19 protections being followed?
Absolutely!  We wear masks at all times in the kitchen and during delivery.  We wash hands frequently and maintain social distancing (yes, even in the kitchen).  All food prep areas are disinfected at least every 2 hours.
